-Frequent Questions and Answers-

1) Why should you choose Colonial Roofing?

Colonial has been in business for over 50 years, dedicating its service to thousands of customers statewide. We assure customer satisfaction and always view the customer as an important asset to our livelihood. Without your support we would not be where we are today.

2) Why DOESN'T Colonial Roofing use Nail Guns?

We believe that the HAMMER & NAIL process ensures a longer life span and a higher quality on our customers' roofs. Nail guns can often puncture through the shingles if the pressure is too high. When this occurs the shingle will not be secure. Also, the punctured area creates an entrance for water, causing leaks. Nail guns also give a different feel versus the HAND & NAIL method. While working with hand and nails the technician knows wheteher or not they have hit a rafter or sheathing. This ensures a strong hold and as well as a high quality job.
