For over half a century, Colonial Roofing & Siding Company, Inc. has been a leader in home improvement in the Hudson Valley, New York area. Because we use the highest grade of materials, and people with training and experience, we have become the company to call for roofing, siding, doors, fascia, soffits, gutters, and leaders. We are a family business, and believe that every job is important. We complete the best possible job for every customer.

 

We do not subcontract. In order to ensure quality control and customer satisfaction, every job is done by our own qualified employees. Each job is supervised by a foreman with an average of 15 years of experience. This is your assurance of quality, durability and value. We still use hammer and nails instead of pressurized nail guns. Installation with hammer and nails has a different "feel;" this gives the roofer an enlightened view on the condition of the roof sheathing and makes them more aware of any problems they might encounter. There's no substitute for an experienced person with a feel for the job, and Colonial Roofing & Siding Company, Inc. won't adopt a new technology for its own sake.  So far, nail guns don't do the job as well as our roofers do.

 

We are fully insured with full Workman's Compensation and General Liability insurance which covers the homeowner completely. We also carry all necessary Torch Down insurances for rubber roofing. This is further proof that we care about our customers. We don't expect you to be liable to insure our workers, that's our job.
